Totally secluded, natural log two story lodge offering 3048 square feet of comfort, a 1500 square foot wrap around deck, with rich knotty pine ceilings and hickory wood flooring throughout. Newly constructed in 2008.
Miles of trails provide access to the river and the town of Yaak, which is about three miles away. Perfect for 4-wheeling and snowmobiling.
The town of Yaak, Montana has two restaurant/bars, a small grocery store, gas station and a boat landing area. Perfect for floating or fishing the Yaak.

The lodge features a large covered wrap around deck with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and forests. An inviting entry with a magnificent stairway leading to the upper level. A huge living room area with a cozy rock fireplace. Two sleeper sofas downstairs.
Full Kitchen
The full kitchen includes rich cherrywood cabinets, black granite tile countertops, and a beautiful black walnut bar. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses, and utensils. Appliances include a Gas Stove, Microwave, a 21.9 cubic foot Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Coffee Maker.
The Upper Level
The upper level offers a Master Suite with a king size bed, a fireplace and a full bath. The
Bunk Room includes a twin bunkbed, a queen bed, and a twin bed in a loft area. Another full bath and a spacious Game Room /Den with a sleeper sofa.
The Lodge sleeps up to 15 people comfortably with beds and sleeper sofas.
Master Suite
The large and refreshing Master Suite is located on the upper level (top right upper level window in upper photo), and includes a king size bed, a fireplace and a full bath jacuzzi tub, shower with his and her sinks.Accomodates up to 2 People!

Guest Suite
This roomy Guest Suite is located on the first level, and even has it's own exit door to the wrap around deck! Features a Queen Size bed.Accomodates up to 2 People!

Bunk Room
Located on the upper level, you will be pleasantly surprised in the comfort and spacious room size the Bunk Room offers! It features a twin bunkbed, a queen bed, and a twin bed in a loft area.Looking in the photo at the top of the page, the windows for the bunk room are the top ones toward the left above the first roof line.

Game Room

Featuring a leather sofa sleeper that sleeps two, and a relaxing leather louge chair.

Directions to the Cool Creek Lodge
Located on the south side of the Yaak River, the Cool Creek Lodge is easy to travel to. From downtown Yaak, travel on Pipe Creek Road, cross the Yaak River, Turn right onto Overdale Lodge Road, go left at the first turn, right at the second turn and left at the third turn to the green gate. Keep on going across Cool Creek to the Lodge.RESERVATION INFORMATION
The Cool Creek Lodge is available for rent for a minimum of a four night stay, with a deposit required in advance. We request an advance notice of seven days.
